Quotes & Pricing

A final quote will be discussed and confirmed before work begins.

Payments

We typically require a downpayment before starting a project. The remaining balance must be completed before the website is launched or transferred to the client. Failure to complete payment may result in delayed launch, temporary suspension of work, or retention of unfinished website files until payment is settled.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and timely: business information, content and text, images or logos, feedback and approvals. Delays in communication or missing materials may affect project timelines. Clients are also responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any content, images, or materials submitted to us.

Website Ownership

Clients fully own their website, content, and domain once final payment has been completed. Affordable Web Studio reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.

SEO & Marketing Disclaimer

While we apply basic SEO practices and website optimization, we do not guarantee specific Google rankings, search engine placement, traffic increases, or business results. Search engine performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Third-Party Services

We include third-party services like Wix and Google tools. We are not responsible for third-party outages, platform policy changes, or pricing updates. Clients are encouraged to review the terms and policies of those providers separately.

Limitation of Liability

Affordable Web Studio is not liable for business losses, lost profits, website downtime caused by third-party providers, or delays outside our control. All services are provided in good faith and to the best of our ability.

Project Payments


Our website projects are typically paid in two stages:
 

  • Downpayment — required before work begins

  • Final Payment — due after final approval and before the website goes live or is transferred to the client


Payment terms will be discussed and confirmed before the project starts.


Downpayments


Downpayments help cover:
 

  • Initial project setup

  • Design preparation

  • Time allocated to the project

  • Domain registration or platform setup (if applicable)


Because work begins shortly after payment is received, downpayments are generally non-refundable once:
 

  • project work has started,

  • domains have been purchased,

  • or setup tasks have been completed.
     

Refund Eligibility
 

Refunds may be considered in limited situations, including:
 

  • Duplicate payments

  • Billing errors
     

Approved refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.
 

Project Cancellations


Clients may request to cancel a project at any time by contacting us directly.
 

If a project is cancelled after work has started:
 

  • completed work may still be billable,

  • setup costs may remain non-refundable,

  • and partially completed materials may or may not be delivered at our discretion.
     

Final Payment & Website Launch
 

The remaining project balance must be completed before:
 

  • website launch,

  • transfer of ownership,

  • or delivery of final website access.
     

Affordable Web Studio reserves the right to pause or withhold launch until outstanding balances are settled.
 

Ongoing Services
 

If the client chooses ongoing website maintenance or SEO support, separate payment arrangements may apply and can be cancelled with reasonable notice unless otherwise agreed upon.
 

Client Responsibility
 

Clients are responsible for:
 

  • reviewing website drafts carefully,

  • providing timely feedback,

  • and communicating any concerns before final approval.


Once the website is approved and launched, major redesign requests may require additional charges.
