While we strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date, and practical information regarding web design, search engine optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and digital profile setup, nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or formal business consulting advice.

 

2. Pricing, Fees & Billing Structure Disclaimer

Affordable Web Studio operates on a transparent, productized service model consisting of two separate fee components:

 

  • One-Time Upfront Setup Fee: Every service tier requires a one-time setup fee paid strictly in advance prior to project kickoff. This fee covers immediate resource allocation, domain registration (via Namecheap), web platform configuration, and initial design/strategy labor. Setup fees are 100% non-refundable once design or technical setup has officially commenced.

  • Ongoing Monthly Subscription Fee: Following your initial setup, services transition to a recurring monthly subscription fee billed every 30 days starting exactly 30 days from your setup payment. This monthly subscription covers active platform hosting fees (managed and paid directly by AWS on your behalf), security maintenance, ongoing search engine and AI-search content creation, and Google Business Profile management.

  • Cancel Anytime Policy: You are never locked into a long-term contract. You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by providing written notice to AWS at least seven (7) business days prior to your next 30-day billing charge. Upon cancellation, your monthly billing will stop at the end of your current paid billing cycle.

  • Asset Transfer Upon Cancellation: In accordance with our Payment Terms & Conditions, upon cancellation and settlement of all outstanding invoices, full operational ownership of your custom domain and web platform account will be transferred over to you. Following transfer, you assume direct responsibility for all third-party hosting and annual domain renewal costs.

3. Search Engine Rankings & AI Search Disclaimer (SEO / AEO)

 

Affordable Web Studio utilizes industry-standard search engine optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies designed to improve client visibility across traditional search engines (e.g., Google) and AI-driven engines (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity).

 

However, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

 

  • No Guarantee of Rankings or Traffic: Search engine and AI discovery algorithms are controlled entirely by third-party companies (Google, OpenAI, Meta, Microsoft, etc.). AWS does not guarantee specific position rankings, #1 rankings, search result page placements, or specific web traffic volumes.

  • Algorithm Volatility: Search engine algorithms change frequently without prior notice. Fluctuations in search positions, indexing speed, or local pack visibility are outside the direct control of AWS.

  • Time to Index: SEO and AI search optimization require time to gain authority. Initial indexing and search engine recognition typically take 60 to 90+ days following site launch.

4. Earnings & Business Results Disclaimer

AWS builds clean, mobile-friendly, search-ready websites and manages digital profiles to make it easy for local customers to contact your business. However:

 

  • AWS does not guarantee specific lead volumes, job inquiries, phone calls, sales conversion rates, or financial revenue.

  • The financial success or inquiry volume of your business depends on various independent factors beyond our control, including your local market demand, your pricing, your trade reputation, your responsiveness to customer calls, and overall economic conditions.

  • Any past portfolio examples, client testimonials, or performance summaries presented by AWS represent individual experiences and do not serve as a guarantee of future performance for all clients.

5. Third-Party Platforms & Service Availability

 

Our services rely on underlying third-party technical infrastructure, including web platform hosts (Wix.com), domain registrars (Namecheap), payment processors (PayPal/Stripe), and digital search engines (Google Business Profile).

 

  • Platform Downtime: AWS is not responsible or liable for temporary service interruptions, server outages, maintenance downtime, or technical glitches caused directly by third-party infrastructure providers.

  • Third-Party Policy Compliance: Clients must comply with the Acceptable Use Policies of all third-party providers. AWS is not responsible for platform enforcement actions, account suspensions, or service restrictions caused by a Client's violation of third-party policies or local trade regulations.

6. Client Content & Copyright Representation

Clients are solely responsible for supplying accurate business details, trade licensing information, text copy, logos, images, and media assets for their website.

 

  • You represent and warrant that you own or hold the necessary rights and licenses for all materials provided to AWS for use on your website.

  • AWS is not liable for copyright infringement, trademark disputes, or legal claims arising from client-provided images, text, or branding assets.

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

 

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Affordable Web Studio and Diane Marie Ladrido shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our website, web design services, hosting management, or search optimization services.
