What does the one-time setup fee cover?

Which costs are paid separately?

Costs that are paid separately are additional fees not included in the plan, i.e. if the client wants to avail the Google Business Profile service as an add-on to the Early-Bird Solo Trade Flyer plan. Or, any other additional SEO services or third-party tools that the client wants to avail that is not listed in any of the plan inclusions. We will explain these costs before you sign up. Such additional services and tools are subject to availability and agreement between client and AWS.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or change your plan as your business grows. We will confirm the updated services and monthly cost before making any changes.

Will I own my website?

While your monthly plan is active, Affordable Web Studio manages the website, domain and related assets on your behalf. If you cancel, full ownership will be transferred to you once all outstanding fees are paid. Transfer details will be provided within seven business days, and you will then be responsible for your platform hosting and domain renewal costs.

Every plan has two required payments: a one-time setup fee and a recurring monthly management fee. The setup fee covers the initial website build, while the monthly fee covers the ongoing services included website and domain hosting.

The Early-Bird plan has a reduced one-time setup fee of $159, normally $399. It also requires a recurring monthly management fee of $149 after 30 days from sign-up. Limited slots only.

What is the difference between the Early-Bird and Regular plans?

The Early-Bird plan includes a three-page website and one monthly blog post. The Regular plan includes a five-page website, three monthly blog posts, Google Business Profile setup and one monthly profile post, plus a basic performance report.

The timeline depends on your selected plan, the number of pages and how quickly you provide the required content and feedback. If we receive all material within 2-3 days after sign-up, estimated website launch (if confirmation & approval is quick) is approximately within 2 weeks. We’ll confirm your estimated schedule before work begins. Delays in receiving your materials or approvals may extend the completion date.
